BRIEF: Verdala Wellness Hotel, part of the AX Privilege Collection, is a luxury adults-only wellness destination set within the serene hills of Rabat, Malta. ASPA were Appointed as technical hydrothermal specialists to design a wellness experience to relax, restore, and re-energise.

WHAT WE DID: ASPA led the technical design development, MEP co-ordination and supply and build of the bespoke world-class thermal spa. The key features include:

  • Finnish sauna with panoramic views across the thermal journey.

  • Experience showers & cold plunge pool designed for contrast bathing.

  • Traditional Hammam with heat, steam and cleansing ritual experiences.

  • Red-light therapy cabin & restorative salt cave wellness space

OUTCOME: The serene bespoke wellness space design allows guests to immerse themselves in thoughtfully curated experiences to rebalance, feel better and embrace a healthier, more fulfilling way of living.
