The Royal Mansour, Tamada Bay project is a luxury resort featuring 51 private villas and one royal villa. The development includes a 955m² spa building, commissioned by His Majesty, the King of Morocco.
The objective was to design a world-class luxury spa that seamlessly integrates seawater into its pools, enhancing the wellness experience. The spa features a harmonious blend of hydrothermal elements, such as Hammams, a central pool, a spa reception pool, a salt chamber, and a Rhassoul, creating a rejuvenating sanctuary that embodies both tradition and innovation.
Our design approach focused on creating a sophisticated seawater management system, ensuring the water is harvested, purified, and safely distributed throughout the spa. To enhance longevity, we incorporated durable drainage solutions and non-corrosive materials for the pool decks, guaranteeing both functionality and a seamless luxury experience.
Through our consultancy, the Royal Mansour, Tamuda Bay spa benefited from a carefully engineered seawater management strategy that aligned with both luxury standards and environmental responsibility
The use of non-corrosive materials and advanced drainage infrastructure not only extended the life of the spa’s surfaces and systems but also preserved the visual elegance expected from a Royal Mansour property. The result is a spa that combines cutting-edge engineering with timeless luxury — delivering an elevated guest experience while upholding long-term operational sustainability.
